The data was all in Zoho, but nobody could see the gaps: unpaid invoices, quotes going cold, and customers calling to ask where their order was.

What we built

  • Live dashboard on the Zoho API showing pending payments, open quotes and order status
  • WhatsApp bot that follows up on payments and quotes without anyone doing it by hand
  • WhatsApp order updates, so customers know their order status without calling

The client wanted an online catalogue, not a store that ships orders. Every enquiry still needed a quote made by hand.

  • Customers pick items and get a Zoho quotation straight away
  • The quote shows up on the owner's side, ready for a call to close the sale
